I think my website has been hacked or compromised. What should I do?

Submit an urgent Freshdesk ticket and describe exactly what you are seeing.

Examples include:

  • Unexpected redirects.
  • Spam pages or unfamiliar content.
  • Browser security warnings.
  • Unauthorized administrator users.
  • Suspicious code or files.
  • Unusual emails generated by the website.

Do not delete files or install random security tools before we review the issue, because that can complicate investigation and recovery.

Routine security maintenance is different from cybersecurity incident investigation and attack mitigation. Specialized incident-response work may fall outside standard maintenance and may require additional support or a separate scope.
